Vitali's most important opponents have been punchers with not very much technical skills: Peter, Arreola, Briggs, Chisora. Others were former cruiserweights like Adamek.

Sanders, a fast southpaw, caused him problems in the first two rounds of their fight. Lewis, a boxer-puncher, won their fight.

Does Vitali prefer to fight punchers because his style doesn't go so well against pure boxers, defensive boxers and slicksters?

Don't tell me that Vitali fights punchers to protect Wlad from them. Wlad actually fought a greater variety of styles in his career.

It's preposterous to call Chisora a 'puncher' without technical skills. He's not a puncher on his best day. Also, Arreola - a big puncher, certainly - is pretty good technically.

If you're going to seriously address this, separate the lists between mandatories, defending titlists and everyone else and see what you get.

Mind you, that Briggs fight was nothing short of a disgrace. A man who could no longer fight against a man who couldn't even look powerful against him if ever I've seen one.

One thing that Volodymyr deserves alot more credit for is the diversity of styles in the opposition he has faced through his career and being able to successfully impose his style on all of them. Punchers, boxers, defensive slicksters, southpaws.

Don't really think its true for Vitali but your accusations would be more accurate if directed towards Lewis. No southpaws, not many boxers or defensive slicksters like Byrd. Most of Lewis's best wins have come against punchers, alot of them past prime.

Yep Vitali is ducking all those technical boxers...

Do you guys forget he outlanded Lewis 150-100, won 4-2 rounds?

If anything, Vitali is better against technical boxers because not only do they have no hope of a KO, you are just NOT winning a decision against Vitali. His workrate is too high, his accuracy is too good, his defense is too good.

Pretty good arguments. But I don't know how Vitali would do against a tall and fast boxer. Of course, tall/fast boxers don't know how they would do against someone as good as Vitali Klitschko.

Donald and Gomez were both quality tall 6'4 boxers, not exceptionally fast, but Vitali destroyed both of them.

    That's the way Vitali roll.

The only two times he fought slick boxers he got murdered.

    That's why he's ducking Haye.

Ducktali Quitscko is the biggest ****ing fraud in the history of boxing.
