Good photos... But they tell me very little about Vitali as a fighter on the comeback trail..

I hope he is prepared for Samuel otherwise he will be in for a surprise, Peter is an improving heavyweight champion.. If Corrie made him shakey when he was active, now he is carrying a bag of rust along with him, after inactivity Peter may devour him......

I think sanders said Vit never hurt him and Lewis's face was perfect and not busted up. Do you know where i can find the interviews you speak of ?

You like to twist things, dont you...
Vitali admitted to being hurt by sanders, in the interview right after the fight. He said he was hurt, cause that left came very, very fast. Something along the lines of that.

The lewis interview was in fightnews afterwards. He said that he thought lewis was a bigger puncher than he actually turned out to be.
WHen asked if he wasnt hurt by lewis uppercut in the sixth, he admitted to being dazed...

But it doesnt really matter what , other posters write to guys like you.
You twist them around no matter what..

    **** that Lewis tko 6...:D

He was bullshitting then because in the 5th round he got caught with a punch he didn't see coming and was wobbly/hurt, even at the end of the round he was on shaky legs going back to his corner. The man has a granite chin though, can't take that away from him.

Have you watched "Two-Ton Tony" Galento fight?
Man, his fat really bogged him down.
My guess is Sam's the same.

Looks like he's practising twisting Peter, which is a good technique to learn in case Peter tries bullcharging. Nothing breaks a charger's momentum better than turning him.

I see no way Peter can overcome Vitali's:

    Height
    Skill level
    lean back style/Defense
    Iron Chin

those are just my opinions but even if Vitali is only 50% of what he was he should easily beat Peter. Peter has never fought a fighter like Vitali Klitschko.

That's insightful. That could be exactly what they are working on.

Sander's was a fast, accurate and hard puncher.

Peter may be a hard puncher but he is not an exceptionally fast or accurate puncher.

Unless you count his punch to the back of the head!

If Vitali brings all of that as he used to then Peter is doomed, the reason why I'm picking Peter is because I don't expect Vitali to show everything he once had after a 4 year lay-off with serious injuries, especially not for 12 rounds considering the activity Peter will FORCE him to apply to back him off(If Peter can take his punch). The lean back style defense requires a solid healthy back and legs, isn't Vitali's injuries all about his legs and back?. As I said, skill means A LOT but it can mean nothing when physically you can't apply it.

you made some excellent points I just wanted to state my thoughts on why I believe Vitali will win. I am wondering about how much actual sparring Vitali is doing and am afraid he might take it easy for fear of injury. If he does that then Peter certainly has a chance.

Another thing is I want to see how Peter takes that slapping hook Klitschko throws I call it slapping not like in a Calzaghe sense it is delivered with power it just looks slapping the way Klitschko throws it. I am looking forward to an exciting fight.

This fight will show what garbage this Emeritus status is...

You have to go away and start to climb and earn your shot like everyone else..

They seem to treat these *******s like they are royalty sometimes..

How long did it take Samuel Peter to get someone in the ring for the actual championship.......

A long ****ing time !!!!!!!!! Case closed.....
