I can post P4P top 10 and all weights for the dates listed, if you don't believe they are genuine. You think I'm gonna make these things up?
I believe you would. Especially after posting this . Your word for things is irrelevant The official table posted doesn't have Solis in the top 10.
The official Ring table of that years proves YOU wrong. Have you got anything to prove me wrong with?
Boxrec encyclopaedia, the change on the bout entry dated March 14, 2011: http://boxrec.com/media/index.php?title=Vitali_Klitschko_vs._Odlanier_Solis&diff=350577&oldid=350011 This was later corrected, to #1 and #10, since Wladimir Klitschko was ranked as the champion at heavyweight, the Ring lists the champion and 10 contenders at each weight, not 11 contenders.
Here he is ranked again when Vitali retired: http://ringtv.craveonline.com/news/...e-vitali-klitschko-exits-heavyweight-rankings
I already told you this earlier . 2013 is not 2011. The list shows he was not ranked in 2011 or 2010.
The latest version http://boxrec.com/media/index.php/Vitali_Klitschko_vs._Odlanier_Solis As I explained, the Ring has always been listing the champion and 10 ranked contenders. Wladimir was the heavyweight champion, Vitali was #1 contender. Solis, consequently, was the 11th best heavyweight, ranked #10 contender by the Ring.
The end of the year ratings for the entire year don't reflect what a fighter was ranked in a given month and when they faced a given opponent within that year.. Ring had him right around #9 or #10 when he fought Vitali... Not sure what the Alpha bodies had him.. After being dusted in one round by Klit, then spending the rest of the year doing nothing, can you not see how that might have bumped him out of the top 10?
It says this: Klitschko entered as the # 2 heavyweight in the world, behind only his brother, according to The Ring Magazine, Solis, 4/1 betting underdog [1], This content is protected heavyweight by the same publication. [2] Given that ring had Wlad ranked #1 who was also the champion, it stands to reason that Solis was the tenth best "contender" as champions don't count as challengers? Make sense?
2009-12-12 Kevin Johnson W-UD12 Johnson was ranked #10 (14 weeks on the list) on Dec. 6, 2009 2009-09-26 Chris Arreola W-RTD10 Arreola was ranked #6 (27 weeks on the list) on Sept. 20, 2009 2009-03-21 Juan Carlos Gomez W-TKO9 Gomez was ranked #9 (25 weeks on the list) on Mar. 15, 2009 2008-10-11 Samuel Peter W-RTD8 Peter was ranked #2 (179 weeks on the list) on Oct. 6, 2008, there was no champion listed, Vitali was unranked.
Ok, so he featured at #10 for a week and this is meant to be a good win for Vitali. But Gonzales is not a good win for Bowe when he spent a year in the top 10?
There's no sign of Johnson ever being in the top 10 March - Dec. Vitali fought him in Dec. http://boxrec.com/media/index.php/The_Ring_Magazine's_Annual_Ratings:_2008 http://boxrec.com/media/index.php/The_Ring_Magazine's_Annual_Ratings:_2009 [/url]
