Haye rejected the terms to face Vitali, then beats Valuev. By that point Haye then had Ruiz as a mandatory defence. Should Haye give up the bargaining power he has with a portion of the HW title to not fight Ruiz, vacate then face Vitali instead?

Valuev priced himself out of a fight with Vitali so that's tough **** for him, Haye wins against Ruiz and Vitali takes an optional defence.

Vitali is staying active and fighting what can be put in front of him, and guys like you cry "handpicked!!".
