I think Hrgovic would get too many punches to the head, he would hold up well thanks to a good Chin, but Vitali stops him in the late rounds by TKO...
At this stage Vitally would have to be a strong favorite. However Hrgovic is still active, and if he goes on to better things, we will amend our opinions accordingly.
The best SHW Vitali ever beat was Sprott-victim Timo Hoffmann, who he decisioned over 12. He never stopped anyone decent inside 7 rounds, let alone without an injury or cut. He needed 8-10 to stop D. Williams and Sosnowski, regarded as "domestic level" fighters. While Vitali would likely be favoured in a close fight I don't see much chance that he could stop Hrgovic, who showed good skill and a great chin against far bigger punchers in Zhang and Dubois.
