His wins aside from Frazier are pretty unexceptional. I don't rate wins over Lyle, Norton, Chuvalo as all that impressive. Lyle got schooled by Quarry, Norton was easily blown out by Shavers and Cooney, Chuvalo generally lost when he tried stepping up, etc. Certainly beating these guys doesn't prove George is some h2h monster. A lot of his reputation like Bowe is based on one opponent (Frazier, Holyfield).

Corrie Sanders could probably blow Norton out and nobody is claiming that as some huge win for Vitali.

 

Vitali Klitschko, one of the most absolutely giftless robots ever to call himself a contender (only in that putrid age is he above club level) beats George Foreman. Embarrassing. At least you got your name right.

Pacquiao lost to Jeff Horn. He must be trash then.
Kostya Tszyu lost to Vince Phillips therefore he must be no good. But he did beat Chavez who beat pretty much everybody so what do we make of that?
Spinks beat Ali and Spinks was garbage. Ali avenged that but is doesn't take away he fact that Spinks beat him the first time.

Tyson has a significantly deeper resume than Foreman though. Take away his best win and you have considerably more depth than Foreman has. Despite that I wouldn't make him beating Vitali a foregone conclusion.
I don't think anyone is claiming Baer would beat Vitali and Ali was shot against Spinks and a shadow of his former shelf. Similar case with Pacquiao against Horn, past prime and well above his best weight class.

You also opined at one point it was logical Joshua was probably the best ever and we saw how that worked out so pardon many of us not getting excited at your "probably" fantasy picks almost always slanted toward the modern and size. One could bring up Nate Tubbs but i'm not going to slag off a guy (Sanders btw) who was a good talented fighter and from most accounts a great man.
