Vitali would have killed him, but as we all know injury denied him that.

Man, just shut up. You lost your right to post and be taken seriously after you ducked out of your own thread saying Vittles caused a self inflicted injury against Byrd and than said self inflicted doesnt mean to hurt himself. In other words you're ******ed and don't have the balls to admit you're an idiot.

As for the original question....If Vits didn't postpone 4 times and than retire? I would have fully expected him to stop Rahman late. He had a backache though....or knee problems....whatever. His resume stinks and that is ine thing that can't be denied by any objective fan.

Ok, Rahman was never A+ material. When did Vittles ever beat A+ material? We know Rahman did, right? :hi:

This was before Vitali had a series of operations. Let's put it this way. If Vitali went in the ring with a broken knee or back then Rahman may have had a slim chance to win by injury stoppage.

Against a 2008 post-surgery Viali a 2005 Rahman has pretty much no chance.

P.S. Anyone remember this? Rahman serving Vitali "Chicken Kiev" during one of the pressers:

Rahman won by fear 4 times.

Rahman retired Vitali. Vitali broke not only a promise, but several contracts out of fear. Little brother couldn't take care of this one for him, so he waited for age and someone else to.

    It's obvious.

Rahman TKO7 Sanders. A serious Sanders, in the 220 pound range. Not the one that put his 7 iron away to batter Wlad.
Rahman KO5 Lewis. Boom. Rahman hit Lewis and it was over.
Vitaly hit A Lewis that had trained for Kirk Johnson by apparently eating, with everything he had in Round 2. All that happened was Lennox got mad and punched Vitalys face to pulp.

The facts are irrefutable. Conjecture is meaningless.
One man showed up to fight FOUR times.
    One didn't.

You didn't have to. But why don't you try if you think you can. It's pretty obvious what you were refering to. Just man up and lets debate!!

Vitali postponed the fight with injuries a couple of times. Then he contacted the WBC to hear if he could fight Calvin Brock first and then take on Rahman. It was turned down and he was forced to fight Rahman his mandatory. A couple of days later Vitali Retired.....
