Vitali Klitschko vs Joe Louis

    Now, before you go and rip my head off for this, please think about styles. No doubt Louis the greater and more skilled fighter, but Vitali is just so much bigger. Who do you like? Will Louis be able to get under that jab and land his short ripping hooks and uppercuts. And if he does, will he be able to KO Vitali? Will Vitali be able to keep Louis off him and land long straight punches or will the shots of Louis be too much for him?

    I doubt the great man could ko Vitali. And I think Joe would struggle with the sheer physical advantages that Vitali possesses and so successfully utilises. In my humble opinion Vitali keeps this at range and wears down a true legend for a late stoppage.

    Size differential is too extreme. Vitali has excellent all around skills and is massively larger than Louis. Vitali is not Primo Carnera.


    VK bombs him out in 5 or less.

    This guy has realy gained alot of respect on this forum.
    Two years ago was underrated by many.
    I still say he is top 5 ATG and yes, he beats the great Joe Louis.

    I've said it before and I'll say it again, Louis wipes the floor with Vitali. Louis would actually fight him, unlike these scared as mofo's in the HW division today.

    Agree. Vitali wouldn't even know what to do with him. guy coming foward throwing bombs, and a spearing jab.

    If we're honest, Vitali looks horrendously bad tonight. Louis would have had Johnson catching z's inside 5 rounds.

    Longcount - agree - makes total sense.

    PS. even without the extra nutrition Louis would have stood both Klitscho sisters on their head on the same evening. They are shite - the pair of them. The likes of Kevin Johnson and Areloa et al make them look good - I cannot wait until Haye gets his hands on the pair of them.

    vit is a super heavyweight you dumb****. Do you lift or donm anny training. If joe ws boen today he would not be 40 pounds heavier or 6 inhs taller. If you were right all asians would be taller and stronger today and they are not. Learn before you speak dumdass.

    Louis is lightyears above the trash that is fighting in the HW division now. This Klitschko vs Johnson fight was disgraceful and the real losers were the viewers.
