You didn't just describe kenny as conventional, surely.

There are some good k fans who atleast analyse their opinions. Jorodz is a good poster and I believe he's a k fan.

But these guys like bubby and the boss are just ridiculous. 1 judging young off boxrec, 1 describing kenny as conventional. I feel I help them by educating them on the history of the sport.

He beat Ali twice... Sure, the second win is unofficial as at that time in boxing Ali couldn't lose a decision; but everyone knows that the third fight was an absolute robbery. Hell the second fight was pretty damn close and you could have easily scored it for Norton.

Two wins against Ali is a pretty good legacy builder in my opinion...

The guy that norton beat was not the same guy leon beat. Like saying lewis beat the same holyfield that beat bowe in the rematch.

Seriously the resume isn't even up for debate.

What's debatable is how the styles would clash.

    1) if you think vitali has a superior resume to norton (i sincerely hope you're just trolling here) then I know everything I need to know about you.

    2) how many people on this board, aside from me, think ruby is the goat?

:patschALI was no killer in the 70s . You are the one who brought up the resume and in fact is very wrong about it . And as far as styles KENNY was made for big pwerful punchers . Which VITALY is . But KEN wouldnt outbox or trade successfully with the big KLIT .

I agree with you, mate. These posters are ignorant but I choose to reply in a proper - and what I see as fair - manner because I remember being on ESB when I was younger and I always liked to hear proper and fair opinions on boxers. People who don't know about Norton should be aware that he was a very, very good fighter and not some bum with a glass jaw that Klitschko fans are making him out to be.

One thing you are forgetting is that Norton was a big fan of the overhand right; he threw it a lot and was able to land it fairly consistently... What would be the best punch to beat a Klitschko (or any other tall man for that matter)? You guessed it, the overhand right. Just saying, Norton has a weapon that would surely come in handy for a Vitali fight.

No killer despite beating quarry, bonavena, young, foreman, frazier, norton and shavers.

You genuinely thinking that vitali has a superior resume to norton is beyond comprehension and to say "never even had a title run" means nothing. At the start of 76 ali was the premiere by the end of 76 the torch had been passed and for about 2 years norton was the best heavy in the planet.

You didn't even know who ruby was did you? Well continue to assume I conform if you wish. I'm sure on another thread you'll be agreeing with me because you fanboys are all the same. Post in favour of k bro equals good poster. Post not in favour of k bro equals dksab.

How do you think vitali fairs against harry wills?

I guess your right, I should not lump all these guys together. However, when they get together it seems like they try to out do themselves with there crazy claims.
