Glazkov is jabbing from range, then getting his forearms up as pillars when Airich comes hurling both hands out from against the ropes. Airich tentatively steps in, but doesn't fully step on the gas to apply pressure. Both are tentative to be the leader. Airich ducks a wide Glazkov left hook. Glazkov is now coming forward, but skipping in reverse whenever Airich brings his arms windmilling up from where they drag at his knees on the outside. When Glazkov gets close, Airich covers up and stops punching. Very "polite" action so far.

Round 3

Glazkov is more fired up, intently pushing Airich back into a corner with his 1-2 and reeling his arms back into a tight guard between thrusts. Airich is cowering, wrapping his arms over his head as he ducks back into the corner and tries to wriggle out laterally in a squat. Glazkov is dropping hard shots atop his head. Glazkov checks an attempted body jab with a cuffing hook to the hairline. Short straight combo by Glazkov. Right hand by Airich to avoid being trapped on the ropes. Airich hops on one leg awkwardly as Glazkov presses in, sliding along the rope and almost into the corner, jabbing out defensively. Glazkov keeps walking him down and lands a glancing jab, then leans out of the way of a big sloppy Airich hook. Jabs by Glazkov coming forward.

Glazkov is really showing his superior class now.

 

Round 4

Glazkov jabs from beyond Airich's reach, thumping him on the nose. Nice sharp jabs, fully extended. Airich tries to duck in and get a piece of the body with his right but Glazkov's footwork thwarts him. Stiff jabs aplenty landing for Glazkov, loitering at a span of almost a meter when not throwing. Airich doesn't dare to close the gap, waiting instead to try and surprise Glazkov when he steps in to jab. He never gets the chance. Too slow and too stubby. Glazkov is walking him down, now putting crosses behind the jab. 1-2 landing to head and body. Glazkov jabs and Airich ducks at the last second, hurling a desperate looping right and a left hook, both flying out behind Glazkov to miss. Airich is feinted into a corner, then has a chopping right hand blocked.
