Tyson was a beast who intimidated his opponents in the staredown, and had them on the run, mentally, before the first bell.

But the most stunning example of intimidation I've seen was Vitali's mental destruction of Sam Peter in their 2008 meeting.

Peter was never stopped and had only lost one fight in a close decision. He was usually the dude doing the intimidating.

But he crumbled mentally under Vitali's stare.

Shannon Briggs was also shook up well before his meeting with Vitali.

And shook up worse during the meeting.


My money here would be on the big guy.
