    I didn't catch that angle.

Do you think there's any legitimacy behind his acting like his leg(s) hurt?

That Paige guy in studio was typical,. Thinking that a Solis victory would have been better for boxing. Lennox was his usual standoffish self. Then Dan Rafael piles on both figuratively and possibly literally LOL... Another anti=Klitschko hatchet job and I thought Teddy was doing the fight. Regardless, that troika of castoff did him proud.

DAMN IT! I am missing the replay.. Later haters. See, I can do ghetto also...

Öner said it was swelling and he was carried from his locker room on a stretcher. apperently they want to have examination and surgery immediately. looks bad for solis, 6 months out or so.

Another bad night for boxing, a big fat black-eye, and yet another reason NOT to watch the heavyweight division.

Solis goes in the history book as one of of Vitali's easiest wins, but if you were reading Boxing forums the last few weeks this fight was going to be Vitali hardest test for years.

The truth is that Solis didn't deserve to even share the ring with vitali.

I do wish him luck with his injury though, no Boxer deserves a severe injury

seriosly, all vitalij shots were blocked by solis on hands or gloves

I'm not sure if klitschko landed 3 clean jabs thru whole round

it is not a LEGIT shot its 'go away' shot

I use this kind of shot when a fly is flying around and disturbing me

I had already cleaned my post up of a few typos and hit "submit" just before the KD thinking the round was winding down and nothing dramatic would happen in the waning moments...and barely had time to edit my post from "10-9 Klitschko" to include "Solis is down!!!! 10-8 Klitschko" and then to "no, nevermind! It's a 1st round KNOCKOUT!!!" before ESB's server went to ****. :yep

Maybe, he clearly looked to hyper-extend his left knee.. I've done that myself.. partial tear to my MCL. Hurt like a mother****er for a bit, but shortly after I could bear weight with it.. healed in a month.. but hurt hella bad when it happened.. but he was holding his right knee.. but whatever.

I think he did hurt his knee(s).. but I think from watching the replay about 40 times (fight was so short, and ending was so strange it kind of makes you watch a lot) it seems he was actually more hurt from the shot than the knee at the time.

Do you think the hyper-extension of his left knee might have been in reaction to taking that right hand to the temple? :think

Then in turn leading to him falling backwards and doing something to **** up his right leg...like a crazy domino effect, but all starting with the punch..

Wrong, that was a power shot coming from VK, he throws almost all his shots in that kind of fashion. He actually had something behind it, it was a counter.

I'm not saying it would KO most guys, but to say it was a "go away" shot is garbage.

It staggered Solis. Plain as day:

That's what it looks like on replay... watching live it looked like a dive to be honest. You just have to look to Solis hands after the shot to really see the effect the shot had.. it went through his body to his legs.. he stumbled badly, had no balance, and his legs slipped.

Legit TKO, but bizarre and unsatisfying.

Solis wasn't even prepared to fight a veteran like Vitali, no pro experience what so ever.

Solis's handlers just wanted to move him quick just to land the big fight. He needs to get rid of his team and lose 30 pounds to get back.
