Totally agree.

An argument could be made that vitali hasn't fought someone as quick and athletic since byrd.

So as it is, (apart from sparring perhaps) we have no idea how he will do against a negative fighter who can move - because make no mistake, neither will stand and trade with him. They'll employ the haye - valuev tactic imo.

Ofcourse it isn't a given but on paper, considering everything i'd be mildly surprised if vitali beat either.

When was the last time Adamek was stopped? When was the last time Vitali was stopped? How many times was Vitali stopped? No chance huh? :think

 

i thought about the fight, and after watching adamek get caught by grant, who is not any where near to vitali's level. i can't see adamek winning more then one round. i think the first round will be interesting, but then vitali will figure adamek go in and flurry and go fast out style and beat him badly up till the tko in the 8th or 9th. adamek hasn't field this kind of power before and adamek won't get respect for his power from vitali. i think vitali and wladimir are the worst possible match up for adamek. with wladimir you know that he could ko adamek cold, but vitali will ruin him. he will beat him to a pulp for 8 or 9 rounds and then tko him. adamek will be ruined after this fight.

the Klitschkos don't just beat fighters, they ruin them all, except if the guy is running for 12 rounds (johnson)

why would you say that?

the guy only a few years ago was a LHW now fighting one of the biggest HW champs in recent history. grabbed belts at both of his lower class weights, and is now having a good run at HW. way to be biased against the dude. hes not even hyped, and even his fans dont give him great chances against vitali, why the hate?

id love adamek to beat the klitschko, im sick of their HW reign. they have talent and are great fighters but the fact is they are the reason HW division sucks just because it is not competitive, because they are way ahead due to their physical attributes. if it wasnt for them there would be a lot of interesting matchups. cant wait till they are out, or finally meet someone their own size with a bit of talent.

 

Thats a good statement. However if Adamek beats Vitali, most people will talk about Vitali being old and try to lessen such victory. It would be unfair. Beating Vitali is a very hard task (even at 40yo). The poll results show it perfectly.

Reading the thread, most of us poles aren't praising the idea of adamek winning. We, or at least I, are wanting respect. Saying that adamek has no skill is just ******ed. The guy has accomplished a lot and he has a fighter's chance in the ring. Who knows? The poles are religious people, maybe Adamek can have a perfect fight

Adamek is skilled, fast, tough as HELL, and he does have a chance, most certianly.
