Vitali Klitschko won every single fight but 1 (ONE) by knockout. Great percentage.

Man Vitali is probably one of the hardest punchers in HW history. He rocked Lennox Lewis a few times.

His lone loss comes to Lennox despite being ahead on all scorecards.

He was killin Chris Byrd and that shoulda been turned into a TD. I hope Byrd doesn't think he seriously beat Vitali. Vitali had a shutout on all scorecards and thats unfair that an injury robbed him of that credible victory.

    Quitali fanboys are hilarious.

Yes, it's not a loss if you get injured and quit.

After all, being healthy and durable enough to finish the fight is not part of being a pro boxer.

    funny smartass

you got me, maybe he shouldve continued despite being injured but we weren't the one fighting injured. I'm pretty sure that having a hurt hand isn't worse that having a hurt shoulder.

    And your point is?

    He lost.

If you can't stay healthy enough to finish the fight, you lose.

    Simple as that.

In addition he was never floored by a punch, and has the best rounds won to rounds lost ratio among all heavyweight champions. Vitlai was never down on the card after round 3. The Byrd loss was a fluke, and too bad Lewis never gave Vitlai a re-match and opted to re-tire instead. Vitlai is not done. He is comming back.

If Vitlai can come back after a 4+ year layoff to win a belt at age 36+ he will join a special club of people who came back late to win a belt.

Vitali Klitschko was a MONSTER. And will be, again.

Vitali is one of the most exciting and impressive heavyweights, of modern times, in my opinion.

Big, tough as hell, unique style, iron chin, never been taken off his feet, and never been behind on the cards. Not to mention the uniqueness of his advanced intellect, education, professionalism, and compassion for those less fortunate through his extensive charity work.

I eagerly look forward to his return, to say the least. Great, great fighter and such a good man.
