I know you're a Klits fan and can't stand to hear your hero criticized but don't call me an idiot because I have not insulted you. If the punch Sanders threw never landed, why then was Vitali stubbling all over the place.:nono
I think I've seen somewhere of a video where Vitali admitted that he was hurt from that punch.

    Because....because....because....

    err it was a slip.

Fact is, Sanders had Vitali all over the place in that round.

Yes there were guys that were more technical than Semmy including the guys you mentioned but in terms of effectiveness I belive he was the best. Nobody could mess with his jab and it wasn't a measuring stick jab it was a weapon that he would knock people out. Also his front kick was deadly. He beat everybody and if you count the GLORY hw gp with the K1 then he won more major hw kickboxing tournaments than anyone else.

Personally for me Andy Hug (rip) was my favorite kickboxer.

its undeniable that both klitschkos chickendanced for a 37/38 year old neveracheiver retiree, with one getting pulverised inside 200 seconds.

never in history of hw boxing has one hw titlist chickendanced to a 37/38 year old neveracheiver retiree, let alone two. K bros made history that season.

however vits was still a warrior back in the day, after all he had the balls to take on lennox.

No he didn't apart from the left hook early in the round that had Vitali backpedaling. He stood in the pocket and traded with Sanders.
Sanders never knocked Vitali down, go watch the tape and pause right as the left comes in. Vitali blocked it and it went right past his head not making much contact. He then was shoved by Sanders off balance.

You and attaboi are both brain dead Tyson morons so your opinions are to be expected. You even said Calzaghe was an "overrated bum" on a previous thread, essentially proving you don't know **** about boxing.

Why are we talking about kicks to the head on a Boxing forum? :huh What relevance is there? Vitali Klitschko has an Iron Chin. He was never knocked down and fought some savage punchers.

Having an iron chin is concluded by absorbing big shots, withstanding a sustained beating or getting up from the canvas to win.

When has Vitali passed this test? His chin is untested.

Lewis put him on Bambi legs with a single jab. How can he have an iron chin when he done the huckle buck after taking a jab.

He ran a marathon backwards away from Chisora. Why couldn't he walk through Chisora's pudding fists and knock him out? Same with Chris Byrd. Bryd ran him across the ring with piter-pat punches.

There's not enough evidence to label him iron chined.

Regardless of how much you love Vitali, i've seen the fight numerous times, Vitali was all over the place and then on his arse.

Calzaghe is and was and always will be

they can both hit hard, they just lack the technical skills to repeat it with combos nor do they have the fitness to keep doing it for more than a few rounds.

they aren't KO artists at all, just can sling it at non moving targets well.

they can both be beaten by keeping them at a distance for a few rounds till they gass then flattening their gasping, helpless asses, yes.

:goodNo doubt Andy Hug is one of the most charismatic fighters I had ever seen, he was a great role model in Japan known for his Samurai spirit. His axe kick is legendary!

I am not a fan of any fighter, just a boxing fan. Anyone can see he wasn't knocked down by Sanders and he stood in the pocket and basically beat the dog**** out of Sanders.

This is a good summary of the fight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0ZKTWLezcI

Calzaghe was the undisputed super middleweight champ making 21 defences of his title, moved up to light heavy and beat the the lineal champion.
    Some bum he was. :rofl
