Same here, i'm a big follower of the HW division too, & literally first time I ever heard of this Charr fellow was when he was listed by Bonte as one of Vitali's 6 possible opponents.

Don't worry, I keep hearing Manuel is pillow-fisted, so no chance of that happening. :good

Quality of opposition is similar, but Wach has destroyed them and Charr needs German judges to win some of his fights.

 

Right up there with Joe Cal and Ottke.

 

Charr is awful. He'll last a little while longer than Mormeck at least though. He's the skills of a prime Gary Lockett.

Guys, this is probably Vitali's last fight.
He's had a long fighting career. Kickboxing, then boxing,
retirement from injuries, coming back to fight Peter,
and now it looks like one more fight.

Vitali will be 41-years old when he enters the ring,
and he's spent OVER HALF HIS LIFE fighting.

Now, I do know Haye had a contract and turned
it down. After not getting Haye in the ring, perhaps
(I don't know I'm just speculating), Vitali decided
on one more fight anyway, as a "farewell" fight.

Again, just speculating here...but if so, is there
anything wrong with that? I sure don't think so,
he's had a very long career, do we have to get
our panties in a bunch over this??

Not really...because once Vitali hangs them up,

There is nothing wrong with a old,, past prime, retiring champion to retire.. Right. Nothing wrong at all. I mean old, past prime, spend half his life fighting, why should he fight David Haye? It's stupid. He's old past prime, retiring, spend half his life fighting. He's also no longer motivated like he use to.

So why fight David Haye. .
