Wrong. He's as ******ed as you are and neither of you knows anything about boxing. When you post ******ed crap like this it makes it very hard for you to then criticise others. We only have to scroll up to see how stupid you really are.
Cooper caught Ali young in his career letting his guard down for one punch, and these new boxing fans hold that as reason someone would defeat Ali. (Ali was never down for longer than a 3 count in his entire career BTW...) Or they reference height and weight. They type about Muhammad Ali like he's John L Sullivan.... As far as the height and weight: Society as a whole has become bigger over time. From 1960-2003 the average American's average height and weight grew over 1 inch and 25 lbs. So let's say Ali was born the same year as Klitschko, he would be 1 inch taller and 25 lbs heavier. So when you compare Vitali and Ali's size to the average American male, they are both equally bigger than the average male for their respected era. You just have to adjust for the time period, the steroids in milk, the steroids in cow meat, pig meat, etc. You can't penalize a fighter because they fought during a generation that was smaller across the board because if that same fighter were born in this generation, they would be bigger. On the flip side if Vitali was born in Ali's era he would have been 1 inch shorter and 25lbs lighter. See how it works? It's pretty simple actually. This isn't fight night round 4, we are talking about reality here which means you include all factors including the inflation of the human male's size. People really don't understand how to compare athletes cross-era. Oh and if you want to know how I obtained this information: Average adult Americans are about one inch taller, but nearly a whopping 25 pounds heavier than they were in 1960, according to a new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The report, Mean Body Weight, Height, and Body Mass Index (BMI) 1960-2002: United States, shows that the average height of a man increased from just over 5'8" in 1960 to 5'9½" in 2002. Meanwhile, the average weight for men rose dramatically from 166.3 pounds in 1960 to 191 pounds in 2002.
Whatever dumb ****. Just keep posting ******ed crap and then acting surprised when you're called on it. Idiot.
watch out, your beginning to sound like a pea brained reprobate...atsch your calling the dude you commented on boring>? when you keep on talking about Wladmir/Vitali Klitschko beating up on Ali ...when lets face it....wlad (who is strangely rated higher out of the two brothers, despite having been KTFO by purity, brewster and sanders), beating the likes of 'quality' opposition atsch in calvin brock, lamon brewster, ray austin, sultan ibragimov, tony thompson, ruslan chagaev, fat ( oops i mean fast) eddie chambers, and the nigerian nightmare samuel peter i mean i can TOTALLY understand why people would talk about wlad kicking Ali's ass, i mean what did Ali ever do...? its not like he almost retired having defeated every man he had ever faced (had he have done so before taking on holmes and berbick, fights that should never have happened), in an era where you only had mere names such as sonny liston, joe frazier, george foreman etc etc..... its not like he actually came out of this era having NEVER been stopped (again bar holmes and berbick as an old man).....i mean wtf did ali ever do!! back to the point of this thread ....as far as vitali is concerned.... he couldnt even deal with a fat out of shape, on the way out lennox lewis.... Ali breaks down and destroys both Klitschko's EVERY damn time. also...another interesting point i have to make upon lennox lewis' retirement from boxing, vitali was considered the 'linear, legitimate, universally recognised, undisputed heavyweight champion'.... a sentiment that was held quite strongly, as wladmir had been ****ed up by sanders and brewsters, all within a relatively close time period.... but since this, despite the fact that vitali has remained unbeaten, and has beaten largely similar opposition to Wladmir, suddenly Wladmir is being talked about as being one of the ATG's.... something that really pisses me off, largely due to the fact that based on the above, neither klitschko should be in that category (although im more horrified that people put Wlad in that band of greats ahead of vitali)) Prime ALI TKO's both of them. Every time. :smoke
vitali would end up fighting a fight he not use to at a pace he not use too Vitali like Floyd slows the pace down to a crawl so he can think and fight ali was 100 mph non stop jabs straight rights
I just destroyed Silencer's entire argument with my post about Chambers. If you think that's boxing, you don't know **** about boxing. This is the same guy that managed to land over 60% of his "power" shots on Povetkin, the next best thing in boxing. This is such a great era though. atsch
The Klitschko would do a lot better against most good fighters from other era than most people think, in my opinion. However, I believe they would lose to the great dynamic boxers like Ali and Larry Holmes fairly easily. Both brother are very good at what they do, but their styles are very basic. Ali and Holmes would figure them both out by about the fourth round and they'd take them to the woodshed. Vitali would probably lose two lopsided decision. Wlad would probably be ko'd by Holmes and make it to a decision against Ali. Wlad would have a small chance to knock either man out. Vitali wouldn't have a prayer. He's too slow and he will via accumulation. He wouldn't hit them nearly enough to ko them.
All you Klitschko haters say the same thing, that's is so boring! you come up with the "Weak era" crap, because thats all you got, a "smokie" thing that can't be measured! what a joke! everything that can be measured says this is a very good era, top amaturs, from more countrys, no very old or young fighters, so all you got is this "Weak era" ****.
