I meant that he was afraid to loose rematch, not the the first fight, I don't know you mean.

How much was he offered for a rematch? Why waiting to get stripped before retiring. He said in the ring he would rematch Vitali. And all this bull**** about who would win if the fight continued is purely that. Either fighter could have won if round 7 continued. We can only say what happened, hate assholes that pretend to predict the future or know it all, makes you look stupid in my eyes.:deal

Yes, he didn't have to but he should if he wanted to proove he's better. All boxing world was debating it as his win, despite looking good on paper (TKO), was not convincing. The only thing that partly justifies him is that it would be (probably) a prime vs slightly past prime fight. But the fact that he promised a rematch in the ring and didn't keep his word (not telling imo the true reason) makes it not very relevant. What more there is to it?

And if he would say: "I'm retiring because I'm no longer at my best and my rematch with Klitschko wouldn't be really telling who is better" he would get lots of respect from me (I mean EVEN more cause all in all, great champion he is)

Did Lewis KO McCAll in the rematch? That's news to me?!

I saw a confounded Lewis throw the kitchen sink at a cocaine-addicted and seriously drugged McCall who let both hands hang down around his knee level, yet McCall never went down let alone was he KOd by Lennox.

  6. Lewis retired at the right time, as he was fading and knew he would have a tough time beating Vitali is a second fight.

the losses aren't even closely related to even bother comparing. one avenged 2 losses that he lost because of being unprepared / just getting caught, the other lost because he had a freak accident in one and his face didn't hold up due to a cut in the other.

It was a grazing thumb on his face from a missed punch not repeated punches that opened the cut. Im sure you know this but try and twist it to make it sound better but we all know the truth. :good

Rotator cuff injury loss............skin cut loss/stoppage.

Knocked the **** out loss......................and yet another knocked the **** out loss.

Its easy to see which fighter had the most decisive losses, if you compare with an unbiased outlook.

There IS no comparison. Vitali has never even been taken off his feet, NOR has he ever even been BEHIND on the scorecards...........granted, Lewis faced more solid contenders, cause more were available at the time for Lewis to fight.......................But of what has been available for Vitali to fight, not ONE has put him OUT, the way Lewis had been done.............twice. They can't even get Vitali off his feet, much less, crumpled in a heap as Lewis has been in.

and exactly that is why he facked his legacy, i guess Rahman should never ever give Lewis rematch, while Vitali was stoped on cuts and in front on the judges scorecards, Lewis was loosing 39-37 on all 3 judges score cards and got KTFOUT with 1 panch.
Now you tell me who deserved more rematch
