Yeah Vitali calling out Haye is a really bright idea. :patsch

Yeah Haye dragging the Klitschko name through the mud for 4-5 months and throwing obscenities at them and their families in their time of grief is a really bright idea. :patsch

I'm sure greedy little leeches like Boente and other hangers-on would like them to make that extra million...

Win win for pretty much everyone concerned.

Haye gets an opportunity at restoring his legacy and earning another shot at wlad.

Vitali gets an opportunity to kick the **** out of the man he despises.

We get to see a big fight between two top 5 heavyweights.

I don't understand why anyone at all would be against this. I mean was haye's trash talking that bad you'd deny him doing what he does best? In all reality haye will be one of the highest ranked fighters not named klitschko, with only pov (assuming he beats chag) being above him.

Now as top dog i'd be expecting wlad to fight pov leaving haye as the best available challenge. The fight makes so much sense it's bound to happen providing vitali looks good and dominant against adamek.

    1. Vitali will not beat the **** out of Haye. Haye will run and it will be Safetypin part 2
    2. Vitali doesn't despise Haye. After the Wlad fight in the ring he congratulated him on a good fight.
    3. Contrary to what Chef says the Klitchkos have fought a completely different set of fighters in their career and never fought each other's leftovers. The only exception is Peter but that was a completely different situation because:
    a) Peter gave Wlad a real fight and nearly knocked him out.
    b) Peter was on nice streak of wins (ToneyX2, McCline, Maskaev etc.) , a champion and the fight happened 3 years after the Wlad fight when Peter had regained his reputation.
    c) Vitali was given a shot at the title because he was WBC Champion Emeritus.
    4. Everyone in the UK is shitting on Haye including his "mates" Froch and Khan and his reputation and earning power is at an all-time low.
    5. This will not be a big fight because Haye has been exposed as more of a conman than a real boxer.
    6. Booth says that he has advised Haye to retire because "he has achieved all he could achieve in his career so he can retire with his head held high."

The fight only makes sense if:
    1) Haye beats several top-ranked contenders like Chambers, Arreola etc.
    2) He looks spectacular in doing so. Not his usual run circles and throw 2 punches per round style.
    3) Then Vitali can make shitloads fighting Haye.

But Haye has always been more of a talker than a fighter...

People outside the U.K still don't seem to understand the hype we had with Haye. He was on chatshows, hell, he even did an advert for a cereal.

They dont get the backlash, the media were ripping him to pieces after the fight. People really cannot understand how much Haye fever we got over here.

Right now, he's seen as a bit of a chancer.

ok let's assume the next few weeks pan out as expected.

vitali beats adamek and povetkin betas chag.

    the top 5 will read

    wlad
    vitali
    pov
    haye
    adamek.

now i'd expect wlad to fight povetkin, which top 5 opponent should vitali face? or are you saying you'd prefer him to not figth a top 5 opponent?

as i have made clear, it's win win.

no reason for the bro's to split resume's since they aren't the same fighter.

God, if Haye grew a set and fought Vitali, he'd get beaten up pretty bad.

the sky interview has been posted on here by someone.

yeah he was about to do it but out of respect for adamek he changed tact and decided not to.

i'd love to see this fight.

I'm in awe of your telepathic powers.

It would be like Lennox Lewis calling out Herbie Hide after he lost to Vitali. :nut

Wow that was quite a stupid thing to say.

Have you even watched the interview?

So after vitali beat hide was hide still a consensus top 5 contender? And was lewis considered the consensus second best hw in the world? What a crap comparison you just made.
