Like many have said, it makes sense to schedule a fight at that time so Vitaly can get a full camp under his belt (pun intended) incase he has to step in for Wlad against Haye. The opponent really is anyone's guess.

It will NOT be Adamek because the venue is already set for September. The money will not be enough for Povetkin or Valuev so expect someone like Boswell or Banks, as mentioned. I probably would not even care if it were Welliver.

    He should fight James Toney.

"Adamek, Povetkin & Haye" are the only three big names left for the K-Bros. to feast on... The division is wiped dry of seasoned pro's right now... However, we do have several raw / green Russians' and European heavies looking to make a name for themselves...

I suppose, like it or not, but Michael Grant does qualify as a bottom top-10 contender and is a possibilty...

Forget David Tua. I doubt he'll take a title shot unless he gets a ridiculous amount of cash that he ain't worth in 2011...

Grant is not ranked, if he is, he should not be.

To me, now that he is 40, any opponent is legitimate as long as he has a name. No more Kingpin Johnson's and al Sosnowskis. But if he wants to mix in a James Toney, Mormeck, Rahmen, Holyfield, Bowe or Maskaev, then great.

That being said, Adamek, Haye and valeuv are the three he should be targeting.

Helenius would be an excellent choice and a deserved shot if he can get past Sam Peter next month. It may be a bit short notice. I think would be an excellent fight though and tough for Vitali. Failing that Valuev does make the most sense.

No way Tua takes that fight although if he is offered it. He is looking to cash out and he ain't going to get paid **** for it.

I'm positive after that performance it will be Haye! The camp have said they feel Vitali is the better fighter! They want to hold all titles between them and Wlad already has a few! Wlad will announce in June he is not ready and he will fight Adamek in September and Vitali will fight Haye in June.

I´d love to see Helenius take on either Klitschko´s or Haye, if he wins decisively Peter. IMO that´s a big if, the near-future of his career depends on the Peter -fight. If Helenius loses, he´ll probably go to the Pianeta -way, which means cherry-pickings and dull fights. If he wins it´s time for the big high risk - high reward -fights.

Valubum is semi-retired... He and his team know his act has worn thin since his 2009 loss to Haye..... Valubum's stock ain't worth moose **** in 2011...

Michael Grant since going the distance with Tom Adamek and stopping Tye Fields in 3 rds will have a ranking here in March 2011. Grant is aging, but still a name and a gatekeeper who can surprise here and there if matched properly...
