Vitali is awkward and unconventional which is exactly the opposite of what a robotic fighter looks like.

    no it's not.

they were the better fighters on the day they beat him tho. they performed better in the ring & they won.

    see how that works? :blurp

May be so, but the difference is that Rahman and McCall knocked Lewis out and Lewis-Vitali was decided by the ref.

nope, wrong again, it was decided when Lewis punched Vitali in the face again, again and again. Vitali couldnt beat Lewis even though Lewis was at his worst, deal with it.

Yes, Vitali made Lewis retire a fight earlier than what he had planned. Full credit to him for that.
But , Vitali could NOT defeat Lewis. Ultimately that is what counts.

    This thread is extremely circular.

despite what anybody says , and how boring i find the klitchskos , Vitali was winning that fight with Lewis before it was stopped on a real bad cut . That;s just the truth.. Nobody knows what would have happened had the fight continued, but there's no doubt that Vitali was giving Lewis ( a faded looking Lewis ) a hard time. It's too bad there wasn't a rematch. That was a great fight.

I agree, because the younger more interested Lewis would suddenly lose interest and retire that much sooner at the thought of getting manhandled again.

I agree w/ this. Lewis in his prime was a better fighter then Vitali or Wladimir will ever be. And I don't even like Lewis , or the Klitchsko's for that matter. But Vitali was winning taht fight with Lewis . Lewis didn't beat him , a cut off a grazing punch beat him. That fight deserved a rematch . Oh well . :smoke
