Classy is the last thing VITLAY is.....even after he'd beaten Peter to a pulp he still felt the urge to give him verbals while he was on his stool. Must have still been pissed about Peter flooring WALDO all those times, probably.
Vitali really does have a mean streak. There have been several fights where he could have put his man away several rounds earlier, but he seemed to keep him around for the sake of beating him down a little more. The most recent example I think was Peter. He really seemed to enjoy inflicting pain on that poor son of a *****.
what kind of ****** wears glasses during a staredown? what an idiot. vitali's gonna wait just a few rounds longer to knock his ass out now.
You know you're right. I should've waited until after the stairdown to place my vbookie bet on the under.
In all truth, I don't really care - this isn't a REAL HW title fight after all, VITLAY is just a belt holder, his brother is the real champ. I'd be delighted if another feather fist made VITLAY quit like a woman but that's because I don't like the guy at all....but I won't even be bothering to watch this fight.
Reminds me of when he ripped Peter's belt away from him and Peter threw a hissy fit. Didn't end well for Peter...
Back in November of 2006, I had to go to Grand Central Station in New York City, where I had to announce and introduce Wladimir Klitschko, Calvin Brock and Laila Ali. It was GREAT! They each gave a 1/2 hour workout and people all over the Station came over to watch as I kept announcing them and the show. They had a section for the fans and another section just for the press. The boxers gave there workout on the press side. Brock was their 1st, followed by Ali. Before I introduced Klitschko I was told by his brother that he wanted the mic after I introduced him. So he walked over to me and I handed him the mic. He then walked over to the otherside and started talking to all the fans that were there. The fans were taking pictures and he talked for several minutes and they gave him a nice hand. After his workout he talked to the press, as did the other boxers, and then went by the fans again and asked me if he could have the mic again, and I said, no problem. and I handed him the mic. This time he picked a couple of small kids out and told his handler to take them over to the other side to give them something. I couldn't see what they got, but they were very happy. I thought he was a real CLASS GUY, and he made a Big hit with everyone that was there.
Fair enough, I think he's a ****, personally. Class guys don't act in the way he does when it counts. Anyone can act like a cuddly uncle to a bunch of kids, it takes a real man to be a gentleman towards someone that's just kicked your arse, and VITLAY doesn't have that in him.
I'll watch it, since it's no PPV...BTW Vooh here, I screwed up and lost and forgot my pw to get in, so I had to renew, and switch from vooh to Buddub51..:hi:
Well Lewis acted classy and didn't wear sunglasses to the weigh-in plus every time Vitali bullied people he had the belt, not the other way around.
Yeah but he's never had to be a gentleman to someone that beat him b/c he's NEVER lost on the scorecard, even the Lewis fight. Lewis, instead of giving a rematch, retired. Smart move on his part. But both Klitschko brothers have class. You have to realize the only time Vitali starts getting angry and messing with his opponents is when his opponents talk a bunch of crap and start being punks. I don't know any fighters that just sit there and take it all in without saying or doing something............
