Byrd's improvised pressure-fighting worked bloody mint VS teh Big Klit. And how can we know for certain VK was forced to Quit from his shoulder?? In teh footage, at no point does he suddenly look like a injured man - in fact he looks v.healthy for all 9 Rounds And continues to let both his hands go with his normal-variety of punches, But "Houdini" Byrd is making him miss more And more, And that made him v.frustrated.

Been years since I've seen that fight, but I doubt that he'd quit in a world championship fight and one that he was already winning, just because he may or may not have gotten a little "frustrated". It wasn't like Byrd was beating the **** out of him... Byrd was the man on the defensive.
