Could be - should take them one at a time, though.

There's no disgrace in fighting guys his own age.

Like for example fight Tony Thompson, who is also 40.

Or fight Holyfield and give him his payday.

I would stay away from Haye and Povetkin if I was Vitali, though no doubt VK would be the favorite to win those fights.

Hopefully the hand injury is not a big issue but this may mean he won't fight in June.

No his a ko waiting to happen...i think someone like seth mitchell would get rid of him pretty quick......and i also think haye would have him punching air all night, but he could always fight a few polish stiffs....!

Agree... against the right opposition which pretty much rules out Haye, at least according to Boente who seems hellbent on preventing the fight from happening.

He could easily beat haye and many others till he is 43 or something like that, he is still very good even if he is past prime, its just looks different now that he actually had to work hard for a win, that happens when you are past prime and face a tough opponent.

i dont think mitchell can get him right now, i dont wanna see seth get rushed into that any way he needs to get alot better but he mite be the guy who runs into vitaly at the right time u never no but not now. mitchell might not even be anything alot of us make him out to be he could jst flop.

haye right now might be able to beat vitaly if haye was smart he would fight chisora first then get vitaly.

IMO Vitali has to think hard about calling it quits. Definitely not more than 1-2 fights. If that.

Curious to hear about the MRI on his shoulder they wanted to do on Sunday afternoon. If he needs surgery he can as well announce his retirement.

Fair enough, point is that people act like he is mosley or something just because he had to work harder for the w than we are used to.
He is still favoured over anyone beside wlad, he can fighst guys like fury, povetkin, huck, chagaev, chambers, arreola again, boytsob, dimitrenko, helenius, stiverne etc.
Who of these guys can beat Vitali, the only one that could trouble him is haye imo, beside that he could be featherfisted and still beat any of the other guys.
I say let vitali fight stiverne or someone like that next, make chisora fight haye, if haye wins than match him with vitali late 2012, if chisora wins match him with wladimir late 2012.

If he won't fight before the next elections (at the end of 2012) we won't see him fight ever again. plus injury factor, I think it's now he's as close to retirement as he wasn't ever before

i agree, it would be great if Haye did fight Chisora but i cant see that fight coming off, Haye only wants Vitali and i think Vitali only wants Haye.
