Give credit where it's due. Sosnowski didn't have a chance, but he fought like a ****ing man until the end. Tough dude.

Oh come on dude, everyone knows that boxing hasn't been in a long, long downtrend and that the world's best large sized athletes are competing for the title of "baddest man on the planet". Surely no one doubts the quality of these heavyweights. They would obviously excel at any sport they chose - they just picked boxing because they are such legit badasses.

Most of the ripped, conditioned, talented, powerhouses on the planet often tune into heavyweight boxing and think "oh, **** I'm glad I'm competing against so many ****s in my sport and not in the ring with these athletic masters".

But he is fighting the best avaluable, what else should he do in your book? Haye is running scared, Valuev and Solis refused to fight. Povetkin still seems to be "not ready" for a Klitschko fight.

So hands down, who could Vitali fight to get his credit from you?

Of the top ten heavyweights right now according to this website, Vitali has defeated ONE.

He is not even the best heavyweight in the division, and won't challenge for it either.

How can a fighter who is not even the best fighter of his time be considered an ATG?

@Keith: I repeat my question, who should Vitali fight to make you give him credit (besides his brother)?

    ANYONE in the top ten.

    And why not his brother?

Why is he ducking the best heavyweight around right now?

Fight Adamek, fight Povetkin, fight Haye, fight Chageav.

    They all aren't ducking him.

I view Vitali highly, always have so he doesn't need to do anything to get credit from me.
I hope Valuev or Haye give him the match he deserves at this point in his career, a proper send off win of lose but I fear that style wise they will be snoozefests.

Stop with this ****, OK? Fighting his brother is the dumbest thing someone could come up. Who the hell will be that stupid to watch such a fight? They could easily stage it and fight like 5 times.

Adamek was not available because he fought Arreola a few weeks back.
Povetkin is for 2 years on the line for Wladimir but is not eager to do it.
Haye - are you serious? The guy ran away from fighting both KlitschKOs. Don't you follow boxing?
Chagaev - OMG, you are really not into boxing. He just fought Meehan.

So you have an excuse for EVERY guy in the top ten for Vitali not to fight.

So how does his **** taste?

Let's face it, Vitali's legacy ten years after he retires is going to be a really big, low skilled, not very powerfull punching heavyweight, who could never claim he was the best fighter in the division, and somehow couldn't get a top ten fighter in the ring with him.

WOW!!!! Joe Louis **** right there.

****ing Joe Louis cleaned out the top ten like three times. Vitali fights boderline top 20 guys.

But hey, just as long as he's eastern european he can do no wrong right?

And yet Sonsowski fought better than most of Vitali's opponents in the past. Go figure. Yeah Sos is no where near Klit's level. But he has courage and is ready to work. He Caught Klit with more than a dozen clean punches, albeit ones with little power because he was reaching in but he kept coming forward and showing nice lateral movement all along. IMO Klit caught up to Sosnowski because Albert gassed out.
