I agree. and if you see, Vitali was fine with Sam... he went after Ivalo. as far as I an concerned the mgrs are fair game at anytime if they are going to talk **** as if he was the fighter not sam

Yes he was fine with Peter from the look of things, as I've already said I always wanted a big heavyweight to smash that **** Rock Newmans teeth in so I suppose managers are fair game if they've got a big mouth. If I were VITLAY I'd have still said it with a smile on my face though, maybe that's why he's a fighter and I'm only tough on the internet :D I still think his behaviour after the Sanders fight (WALD) and the Lewis fight was out of line though - but to be fair as I said Lewis pretty much dismissed VITLAYS efforts in the post fight interview, which for me was classic denial, even though he was a deserved winner.

All I've witnessed from that post fight is a dissrespectful little slap to Vitali's face from Sanders...was there more? what was it?

Something else I wanted to know was what kind of diet do you prepare for WALDO? Do the brothers like Chicken Kiev, presumably that's their home dish?

I spoke to the guy that used to be Trevor Berbicks cook back in the 80's and he said Berbick basically lived off steak, vegetables and jacket potatos with sour cream. This was back in the days when Berbick was around 210, obviously. Have things moved on much, diet-wise? Presumably there's a lot of pasta and fish in WALDOS diet?

That was a joke, I'm actually 6 foot 10 and as Ali said I can murder a rock, hospitalise a brick etc etc etc.

VITLAY would quake in his boots if he were face to face with me.

VITLAY got all upset about his brother losing, and basically tried to start a fight in the ring with Sanders, it was pathetic and shameful. Even WALDO looked embarrassed.

    Kinda close.

Alot alot of protein. Beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and fish on the weekends. Alot of fresh fruits to clean the system (he eats 1 watermelon a day) and fresh vegetables and fresh salads. Oatmeal in the morning with blueberries (blueberries are very good for you) and pasta. Pasta all week lunch and dinner fight week.

Funny though, Wlad has a sweet tooth so I make chocolate flourless cake or cheesecake. He woks out so much, it doesnt hurt him. sometimes he needs it to help keep his weight up

Interesting....I'm a massive watermelon fan too, I get through one every 2 days though (I'm obviously getting better nutritional advice than WALDO :hey ) I also love cheesecake but I obviously don't need it to keep my weight up, I have no problems in that department. In what way are blueberries good for you then? I read somewhere years ago that strawberries are the **** when it comes to fruit, along with Kiwi Fruit providing you eat the skin and the flesh.

And the chicken Kiev question? I believe that's where they're both from so surely they must be fans? One of my favourite things, that's why I ask.

Last question, how many calories would you estimate WALDO would take in per day during training? Around 5,000?
