Adamek is seriously going to get ****ing whooped...

Only real question here is if Adamek can survive 12 rounds. I don't think so, honestly.

These pics are from the first few days of camp.
So basically the entire camp left.

Honestly, he looks about the same as he always does to me.
And for being the first few days of camp, that's very good.

How the heck does that look soft ?
Look at the mans arms for god sake, and theres no sign of fat in his midsection either.

This is only the start of the camp as well, he will come in the same shape hes always in which is excellent.

I would guess Vitali's weight will be around what it always is. Against Solis, Vitali was 247, the Briggs fight he was 251.

Below is a picture of Vitali near the end of the Solis camp.

And here is a pic from the beginning of this camp.

I'm sure not seeing much difference, if any at all.

He has only a few fights left, why would he change from Fritz (who IS a good trainer) whom he's been with his entire professional career? He's not going to drastically change his style at 40 years old, and really he doesn't need to. He always comes in shape and with a strategy and skills to dominate, there's no need to change anything.

Looks good as always. Should be a good fight.

I like the Adamek-Grant clips running in the background... priceless.

    BTW, Strellson rules.
