    Huge payday?

Lewis earned $160 million in his career.

He already earned $40 million by 1999. He became undisputed champion and signed a seven fight deal with HBO earning $80 million + a further $20 million.

His seven fight deal with HBO
    1 - Michael Grant
    2 - Francios Botha
    3 - David Tua
    4 - Hasim Rahman
    5 - Hasim Rahman
    6 - Mike Tyson
    7 - Vitali Klitschko

He already earned his pay-day and then retired. :hi:

six times bigger, you have a point that your failure is just big, not massive.
is the Major Soccer League not major then?

Saying Lennox would have had an easy night is just as biased as the other way round. For me it would have been a real 50/50 fight.

It´s just so tireing listening to the Lennox&Vitalihuggers. Both are/were great fighters and top material in any decade...

When did this become about UK/US. Personally i like Americans on the whole (there's good and bad in everyone), but you vnyc are coming across as a dick in this thread.

To remind you, YOU were knocking our sports output, not me yours. Its all in good feeling, bro.

Exactly what has Vitali done to be considered "great"?

Vitali KO's Lewis inside 7 rounds like he would have done in the first fight.

And I love how people say Lewis would win a decision against Vitali in a rematch. Under what basis? Lewis got his ass kicked in the first round and only won a couple round in the first fight. The fact is that Vitali is a much better boxer then Lewis, and Lewis' only chance is a KO which would have been impossible due to Vitali's chin.

    Vitali wins the rematch.
