Vitali vs Lewis - Did this fight prove Vitali's quality?

I quoted my post and yours. From the picture it is very obvious why the fight was stopped. But nowhere in my post did I ever say Vilati was "Bad." I actually think he was a Very Good Heavyweight. I do believe that Lennox Lewis was a better Heavyweight as in Very Good (Vitali) vs. Great (Lennox).

 

They both looked dead awful in that fight

That is the way I look at it. Vitali lost to an older and in lesser shape Lewis. The stoppage was legitim and a result of Lewis exposing Vital's defensive flaws. A lesser version of Lewis can be beaten as shown by Rahman and Lewis was kinda of there for the taking but Vitali could not fully take advantage. I think Vitali gets a little too much credit for this fight which proved that prime Lewis is an likelyhood the better fighter of the 2.

 

why do you get emotional about facts

 

Facts are: Vitali is retired long ago.
People cry how bad Vitali was because they are envious: Vitali does have more $ then ppl who are judging him here.
