    Seriously, you should just send the title of this thread to the WBC in a letter. You summed the mess up- it is all that needs to be said.

    I was mistaken, I figured the WBC would enforce the mandatory soon, and hence Vitali would have a fight scheduled with Maskaev by the end of the year. But now since Vitali won his arbitration suit he'll probably end up fighting Haye or Arreola I guess.
