Have you seen him fight? He has no skills and is the perfect match up for Klitschko a flat footed plodding target.
In a case like this, anyone pretending to know how VITLAY will look if he makes it through training is purely speculating because they really have no clue He could look like his old self, he could look drastically worse, but the truth probably lies somewhere in the middle. Who knows I have no problem making the prediction that VITLAY will win *if* lol he just makes it into the match without an injury. The 80% thing is something I honestly believe, and just emphasizes how confident I am that VITLAY will win as long as he doesn't get injured yet again in training camp. I don't think much of PETTER
A fact? No, it's your opinion, and I'm not sure what you're basing it on James Toney was a shot, overweight former middle and he still beat Peter in their first fight in the eyes of many including myself McCline and Maskaev aren't better than Sanders, Johnson, or Donald Let's be honest: they both lost to the best opponent they faced, and neither of them has beaten anyone great. However, Sam Peter has looked a lot worse against the mid-range, top 15-10 types he's fought While Sam Peter struggles like hell against a journeyman like McCline and looked average at best disposing old man Maskaev, Vitali destroyed that level of opponent with ease all through his career
Sanders was shot!!! Johnson always been over rated he lost to Ruiz for **** sakes was about to get stopped, Larry Donald wasnt exactly a spring chicken neither. Toney was shot? How do you figure? the way Toney performed was not that of a shot fighter, after his two losses with Peter he defently did slide down in his game, perhaps becuase of the damage Peter was able to dish out. We got the fight, if Vitalis body holds up, I guess we have to wait and see. And you can bring up his fight with McCline sure, but he looked better in beating McCline than Wlad did, Wlad looked just as scared to make a false move against McCline as McCline looked scared to make a single mistake against Wlad.
Johnson KTFO Maskaev, much more brutally and impressively than Sam did Toney looked shot and looked like garbage against Rahman prior to fighting Peter. He looked totally shot, no reflexes left at all, during the second Peter fight. Compare the Toney that fought Holyfield and Ruiz to the one that fought Rahman and Peter and tell me there's no difference Peter didn't look better than Wlad against McCline, that is ridiculous. Just because Wlad fought conservatively doesn't erase that. He won basically every round and knocked him out. Peter got dropped on his ass 3 times and never came close to hurting McCline as much as Wlad did. And between the time he lost to Wlad and fought Peter, McCline had lost to Byrd, Brock, Valuev, and ZURI "F'N" LAWRENCE! How can you say that Sanders was shot but McCline wasn't?
I see others having the same prediction too, if Peter can't handle Vitali's power then that's very possible.
And that Version of Kirk Johnson was the best, and Vitali didnt fight that version of Kirk he fought a well out of shape Bubba no doubt, I mean even Ruiz beat a better version of Kirk Johnson, look its not going to come down to who beat who and how, what its going to come down to is, can Vitali perform at the top of his game after a 4 year lay off against one of the best Heavyweights in the divsion who has been active and has fought some very good Heavies recently. Like it or not Ring rust is always a factor, and with those injurys that Vitali seems to keep getting, if he makes it out of camp and into the fight, he still has to shake that off, and honestly do you really think its safe fight for Vitali against a puncher like Sam? Honestly you know Vitali can lose this fight easily, easily I understand you supporting the man and all but it doesnt change these facts. The first Toney Peter fight that Toney was better than the james who fought Rahman people actually thought Toney beat Peter in that fight, that wasnt the case with the Rahman fight, alot felt Rahman beat Toney. How was Corrie Sanders shot and McCline not??? Does this really help your arguement? Corrie Sanders was stopped by Rahman for god sakes, not only that look at the mans age he was a part time fighter. get real. The reason Toney has looked off and on in fights since Holyfield is simple he DOES NOT TRAIN and he has relied on Steriods once he got caught the truth started to be told in his performances.
You make fair points, even if I don't agree with all of them I just hope VK can make it through camp this time, so we can see it play out in the ring
