Vitali vs Peter, VOTE

Not to hate on him though its a pickem fight if Vitali is 100% not 80% you need to be at 100% to beat a guy like Peter, I aint hating on Vitali but its in boxings best interest for Peter to win, how else do we get unification??

 

LOL Sanders and Johnson are way better than McCline. McCline never even won a belt at least Sanders did that and against a guy McCline quit against in a fight. I do agree Donald is not as good as either McCline or Maskaev.

 

Maybe overall, but .....

certainly not. maskaev - peter was a close fight before the ko. do i have to mention that maskaev looked like a 40 year old neanderthaler which usually die before 35. in the mccline fight peter was embarrassed, so that's not really impressive. vitali totally dominated hide, sanders, williams, johnson, donald and ko'd all of them.

 

Who said anything about how Vitali or Peter looked in those fights?
You could say that Peter looked worse BECAUSE Maskaev and McCline were better. I personally don't believe that though. Peter looked worse because he is worse than Vitali. I never disputed that.

The fact is the version of McCline and Maskaev that Peter fought >>>>> the version of Johnson and Sanders that Vitali fought.

So what! he didnt dominate McCline and Wlads win doesnt mean Vitali would have done any better against McCline than Peter.
Honestly McCline vs Peter was a carbon copy of Peter vs Wlad so if you talk **** about Peter being on the deck and he is some how a lesser fighter as a result than you can argue the same for Wlad, which would mean Peter is better than Wlad and Vitali argues that Wlad is better than he is.

yes, i can see vitali getting decked three times by mccline :nut. the difference between peter and wlad getting decked 3x is that mccline used LEGAL blows.

 

They are not Illegal if the other man is turing his head away like a *****.

 

let me put it this way: if peter had wins over hide, donald, johnson, williams and sanders and had stopped all of them while vitali had been floored 3x by mccline and had stopped the old and shot maskaev, then you surely wouldn't say that vitali had the better resume. your anti-klitschko bias sometimes is so obvious, you need to hide it better.

The highlighted portion is clearly true.

The Vitali who fought Lewis, and Sanders and Johnson would destroy any version of Sam.

So we're back to IF.

We have a reasonably good idea of what Sam will look look like when he comes in.

We have little idea of how Vitali will look.

Age and Ring-rust.

Much will depend on how much effect they've had.


With such a huge unknown hanging over Vitali, it might not be wise to consider Sam such an underdog.

This has the makings of an interesting match-up.

 

Johnson knocked Maskaev the **** out. What else is there to explain?

 

Do you even watch Boxing? Johnson knocked Maskaev out he proved he was better in the ring. Sanders won a belt McCline never did and quit against the guy that Sanders won the belt from.
