Go back and look at the dates. I forget the exact dates but the Chisora fight would give Haye something like a 2 month turnaround. Remember Hypocrite Haye bellyaching when Wlad signed to fight Chisora as an interim fight?

That's a fair point but the fact remains that K2 withdrew their Vitali contract, Haye didnt reject it in favour of Chisora like the OP is claiming.

Yeah, I can't think of any other fight where Wlad and Haye would have earned more than £10-15m each

I remember reading that Haye earned more against Harrison than Wlad, but that might be wrong. Wouldn't surprise me though - Harrison is a household name here, widely hated and Haye would get a better split against him.

No. The fight produced a profit of about 50m which was split 50/50, Google it if you dont believe me.

Just a guess, but I think its the highest grossing HW fight since Lewis-Tyson

Haye's lifestyle will catch up to him. He lives like a king and is on vacation most of the time.
After Haye's predictable and unavoidable divorce,he will come back to fight at age 45 after his wife takes half his stuff! He will maybe regret fighting once a year.

When WBA champion David Haye finally faces off against the IBF and WBO title holder Wladimir Klitschko in their heavyweight unification bout on Saturday, it's estimated the fighters will each earn £10m regardless of the outcome.
Such a sum would be Haye's biggest career purse to date.
His last fight, in November 2010 against Audley Harrison, earned him £4.2m, while victory over Russian Nicolai Valuev in 2009 won him a world heavyweight title plus £2.1m.
And, as Lennox Lewis' former manager Frank Maloney explains, a world champion boxer can expect to make money from a number of revenue streams.
"For a fight like this, the income will be from pay-per-view TV sales, ticket sales and merchandising, which will then be split up between the fighters, TV and promoters," he says.
"Haye and Klitschko should earn around £20m to split between them."

Physically he's in great shape but how can it last?

It wouldn't surprise me if his wife leaves him and takes all his **** and then we got Haye at age 45 fighting on British under cards.

:deal This, they both got around 10-12m EACH & no way would produce a profit of £50m :patsch The only PPV it was on was Sky Box Office & don't think it got more than 500,000 buys.. RTL had K2 on a contract, not part of the deal but HBO bought into it!
