If he slept enough between the fight and the run, there's nothing freakish with that. An easy run compensates the effects of high intensity strain, it helps the body to regenerate. I think of a run of 40 to 60 minutes at an average heart rate at around 65% of his max. hr. (For an athlet like Klitschko that should be really soft training.) He certainly felt refreshed after that. A bit freakish would be, if Arreola had gone for a run, after the beating he took.
