Vitali did great. But the guy cant run all that well during the training because of his knee problems. Thats why he uses swiming as his cardio workout. What makes you think he will run after a fight in a place he doesn't know that well. He was obviously joking.
Were you able to pretty much repeat what you do for his brother? I wondered from what you said before if that helped.
Chef, do you have like a link or something for us to see examples of good nutritions cycles for example to feel stronger or lose weight etc?
Almost. Vitali eats a lot more fish and much less red meat. I had to get creative to get him more Iron, zinc, etc. Some things he didnt want but when he tasted them and started to see and feel the difference, he let me do what I needed to do. The 1st time cooking for anyone is tough. You have to get a feel for what they like and what they dont like while still staying witin the diet nutrition game plan. If I cook for him next time, it will be much easier as both of us know what to expect
No, sorry I dont. Maybe I should look into that. I have had 30-40 PM from ESB alone about what to eat:yep
 I wasnt working for him then. I have been around since Wlad Peter since I have been around Wlad is 9-0 with 7 ko Vitali 1-0 with 1 ko EAT THAT!!!!! :hey:hi::hi:
If the Valuev Haye winner gets caught up in the Ruiz, Chagaev back and forth thing, do you see Vitali staying at it for a few more fights as he waits for the Valuev Haye winner, or you think he'll bow out after another fight or two, assuming he don't see the WBA unification as probable?
