Vitali can't ever get them years back, by that I mean had he not retired he'd be the number 1 heavyweight and it might have been him unifying everything.

The only way he ever reclaims them years if is wlad retires or gets beaten.

As it is vitali is likely to carry on being number 2 because wlad is prime and looks unbeatable atm.
