What is it with this No contest crap that people are coming up with? Injuries occur in boxing and they don't result in a No contest. Why didn't Vitali get a no contest when he injured his shoulder against Byrd, why didn't Thompson get a No contest when he dislocated his shoulder against Rocchigiani? Why the **** should Solis get treated any differently from every other boxer? Do the rules of boxing change for him because of his exceptionally fat ass? Does his immense levels of blubber count as a disability and therefore receive special treatment?
Its a pity that what are supposed to be boxing fans in forums like this dont appreciate and give Vitali the credit he deserves. Vitali takes on all comers, and unlike his brother Wlad, he has a style thats pleasing. He throws punches and is'nt afraid to get hit. There is'nt anyone in the heavyweight scene today that I feel can beat him. Fathertime will catch up to him before a worthy opponent does. Whats to hate about Vitali Klitshko? He's a fighters fighter and lays it on the line everytime he climbs up those ropes.
That's just german BS. The fight was clearly a NC. Doesn't take much to put down a fighter who's already falling due to a tore up knee, and fools, punches, especially a weak ass blocking punch does not affect knee caps, no matter how many drugs you take.
How many times do you need to post that Larry? It was a nothing shot with no power in it, Solis went down because of his knee, good job for Vitali as Solis had his number.
