stopped it. Vitali wanted to fight Haye, but the WBC told him he had to fight Gomez. Vitali really wanted that fight. It would have been a repeat of Vitali Vs. Hide. Now, Vitali has to fight Maskaev! When will the ABCers stop this crap?!
If not for the WBC, Vitali wouldn't have received his immediate title shot after 4 years of inactivity, so he did well to honour their rules and demands.
even though im a big fan of the klitschko bros, i have to admit vitali really should just honour this requirement and get it out of the way. yes it's a crap fight, and yes the WBC and even maskaev should know better, but really, it was part of the situation before he came back so vitali should just try to get maskaev out of the way asap. then worry about fights like arreola, haye etc.
The Klitchkos didnt want this fight.They tried all they could to discourage Haye,even came up with a slave contract
Vitali should just fght Maskaev quickly and move on. He will lose more time and make less money trying to go to court.
Haye did not want the fight. He could not promote it in London so that he gave this impossible for his limited skills task to people who could.
