it was not only an uppercut from lewis, lewis hit him with 3 or 4 monster left hooks, and he had no problem take it, he got to him with a couple of straights also. and sanders got to him with 2 exceptional fast accurate shots and wobbled him badly, but vitali got his legs under him. i think that these two sanders left straight on the chin, would have taken out 95 percent of all fighters in the last 20 years
He has a good Chin but yes I do take your point. I have never seen one fighters Chin get rated so highly based on taking one punch - which he clinged on after anyway. Sanders had him on ***** street and Pele Reid knocked him out cold.
Vitali has never been wobbled let alone knocked down or out in a boxing match. His chin is pure Iron.
A fat, 38-year-old Corrie Sanders knocked Vitali down and had him on ***** street in round 1. Then Corrie's old age caught up with him, and Vitali won.
i only ever read a faulty article with no source or author that claimed reid ko'd him. the article even claimed to have video but i call bull**** because why hasen't it surfaced yet? Vitali has even addressed this before and said that the KO was the result of a kick to the thigh. The Reid KO is a he said she said fiasco that shouldn't be used to take into account Vitali's chin (until a video or more reliable source confirms it). Is there even a win-loss record of the fight card where this ko apparently happened?
bro that upper he took from lenny was prob one of the most impressive ive seen some guy take without being wobbled atleast abit..it cannot be taken out of the equasion lol...he also took hits from sanders and has never been down what more can be done by him to prove it..we should get chef to ask him to use his face as his defence in his next bout to close this case once and for all
No you are wrong. Vitali tried to lie and say it was a kick to the leg but HBO confrimed he got knocked out cold to the Chin on one of their shows around 3 or 4 years ago.
