Vitali's karate style would be poison to Deontay Wilder

Imagine Prime Vitali Klitschko fight Deontay Wilder, it would look hilarious. Wilders technique is horrible and he would let him be open all night long. Mostly Vitali stops his opponets in later rounds, but in this case how do you see the fight going? Is Vitali going to take Wilder to boxing school and first teach him boxing basics and knock him out in later rounds or is it going to be quick work for Vitali? Anyway Vitali could most likely KO Wilder anypoint when he likes.

Vitali would butcher Wilder. Not only is he all wrong stylistically, but his chin was certified as bulletproof. Wilder's big thing is his power ... if Sanders couldn't put him down with a straight counter to the jaw and Lennox couldn't drop him with an uppercut that just about lifted the roof, Wilder is not going to do anything with his windmill flappery.

Wilder needs to fight to his frame. If he had a good jab he'd be really quite dangerous. But he doesn't, so ...

when wilder will get his first solid opponent who isn`t a dwarf comparing to him, he will lose very badly. except his right hand, wilder has unfortunately nothing that has something to do with boxing.

wilder will beat the **** out of povetkin if he ever grew the cojones to face him, and enforced his mando instead of facing a retired boxer.

like said, it isn't just the awkward style (for boxing at least) but rather a matchup from hell for Wilder.
Haymon would never sign of on that.

wilder is the same kind of worldchampion like valuev was. yes, he is a little bit better, because of his atheltism but he wins his fights under the same cicumstances. because of height + phsycical advantages. thats all.

beside his big right hand there isn`t anything to speak about.

bump this thread and let me laugh at you if povetkin ever enforces that mando. if wilder fights martin I wouldnt blame him at all, i mean he's unifying the belts right? But wait, it's okay when GGG wants to unify some belts, but if Povetkin ducks his opportunity to enforce his mando and fights a retired boxer instead Wilder is a duck right?

I fully expect Povetkin to make chopped liver out of Wilder. If Wilder takes care of Sasha then I will have to concede that he's a bit more than just a glass cannon.

are you paranoid? you are mixing 3 different topics. the topic of this thread isn`t povetkin, martin, unification fights or comparings to ggg.

I just know what you're going to say if Wilder fights Martin next for the belt. Prove me wrong, what would you say if Wilder fights Martin next. Is it Wilder's fault that Povetkin didnt enforce his mando to fight a retired boxer?

If Wilder fights Martin next, which is a blatant loophole, it would be a pretty clear duck of Povetkin.
I actually think that's the next fight we'll see.

:lol: So Povetkin not enforcing his mando to fight a retired boxer is not a duck. But Wilder picking up another belt and trying to unify like all you ggg nutheads are obsessed over is ducking.

martin is obviously the weakest HW-Champion is history. but i`m ok with it, if wilder would fight him. we are talking about unification bouts. regardless how a guy got his belt.

beside povetkin are many other different interesting matchups for wilder.............spzpilka, molina and durhaups were joke fights where wilder already struggled. the top dogs of the division are not malik scotts or molinas.

but in the whole situation it wouldn`t change anything that i think if wilder would fight somebody who is a couple inch taller than his usual competion, he would propably lose.

Nah, Povetkin is a shortie compared to him, but he's still going to cream him.
