Vitali's performance against Adamek

People seem to forget Adamek was considered on the same level as Haye prior to the fight. He really hasn't been the same since Vitali ruined him.

 

i dunno..he declined for sure but still i enjoyed his walker and guinn fights.
apart from being caught by walker he out boxed them easily
tho poor performance vs chambers and cunn.but those are elite boxers

 

I see what you are saying, but what I am saying is that he was ONLY #1 CW because David Haye moved up to HW. So essentially Adamek was not even the best CW to move up to HW.

Not really. Maybe 20-25% backed Haye to defeat Wlad but less than 5% thought Adamek would beat Vitali. Adamek has been on the slide since the Arreola bout.

 

Vitali has the highest KO percentage of any heavyweight champion in boxing history!!!!!!! He was also a six time world kickboxing champion superheavyweight division, both pro and amateur.

Adamek was a true warrior, he had fought some really great fighters. Adamek looked must faster in his last fight. He might fight Jennings next, but not final yet. Wilder has not fought anyone compared to Adamek's opponents.
