Madison Square Garden is the best place, as Loufatski said before. You have Poles and Ukrainians and then of course all the Americans who have been waiting for an exciting even legendary fight at MSG for a long long time.

Im getting so excited even though this is just a rumor about them talking :D If Adamek could some how win this it would be talked about for a long time...

Are you joking? Don't you want a fair outcome to a fight without any controversies. MSG is a much more neutral ground for this fight. Sure corruption and biased judges occur everywhere, but they seem to occur more frequently in Germany. It will sell just as well (I guarantee MSG sells out for this) and have ten times the atmosphere of any German stadium, although I'm not certain about the TV sells. German stadiums sell well, but they are the grave yards of boxing in terms of atmosphere. Hmm, I like their white rings.

Wow you sound so deterministic. If boxing was so certain, I'd be a pretty boring sport. IMO, if Adamek's chin holds, he can win based on activity.

I'm certain he'll have a better showing than your boy Granolla and won't cry about it either.:|

Vitali will stop Adamek. Adamek should try to get a fight with Haye, a fight he can win! However, Haye would refuse to fight Adamek.

Yes, let's all feel sorry for helpless Adamek and try to save him from scary Vitali. Vitali can fight the Sosnowskis and Brigss' of the boxing world instead.

I respect Adamek, but he is too small for Vitali. Haye is the perfect fight for Adamek, he could then make huge money with WBA title. He will fight anyone, unlike Haye would is a coward.

The point is Haye doesn't want anything to do with a live opponent like Adamek. Main Events recognized this early on and started targeting their next best chance by having Adamek fight a big man and try to shift his style accordingly. Like I said, if Adamek's chin holds, he has a good chance of winning it based on activity. Vitali will not outbox or out punch Adamek. He can probably knock him out (note: no one has done this though) so we will see what the outcome is if this fight happens.

Vitali throws a lot of punches and has plenty of stamina. He has a chin of rock, speed, jab, right hand, hook-off-the-jab, defense, great counter puncher. Vitali is totally superior to Grant in every way.

How can fans get Haye to fight a real fighter?

Granted, Vitali is typically busier than Grant was in his last fight but Vitali's accuracy in his last fight was horrible though. And we're talking about a pretty stationary, euro level opponent, at least a level below Grant. Also, let's not reduce any fighter only to his last fight. Adamek and Vitali are pretty darn good when fighting at their best and their last fights were not their best showings. Seriously, I'd put Adamek's overall career resume against Vitali's (in terms of wins against quality opponents) any day of the week. The fact that both have proven to be extremely tough when being in the trenches, promises a good fight.

I will watch that fight, but I am a fan of both and do not want to see either lose a fight. Vitali will win, but Adamek is not like Haye, he is not afraid, Haye is still hiding. Haye is the best fight for Adamek. Haye is trying, at this time, to get out of him mandatory with Chagaev. WBA will not do anything about Haye not fighting. Watch and see.

Love both these guys, but I jsut don't see the point of one fo the biggest champs ever taking on a former lightheavyweight.

Holyfield (who was also former LHW and CW) fought very big champions too. Bowe and Lewis were similar size to Wladimir, and a bit smaller than Vitali. Adamek is similar size to Holyfield.

To be clear. I dont compare Adamek to Holyfield, I only want to show, that a small skilled boxer may have a competetive fight against big skilled boxer.
