    How can a guy that's never been behind in a fight, never been knocked down or rocked, has 39 stoppages out of 43 contests, has stopped seven unbeaten opponents and is still an ass kicking WBC HW champion at age 40 after retiring for 4 years through injury be overrated? Is it because he's white and non American perchance? :yep ***gots.

    My vote for most overrated heavyweight in history would be Butterbean.
    Most underrated probably goes to Sugar Valuev. Dr. Iron Chin is nowhere near the top of the overrate list.

    He may not be the most pleasing HW to watch, but somehow he just wins round after round until he either KFTO or outpoints you. He's dominating in most every way. His punches look like they are flat but they really land hard with a "thud" that's hard to appreciate just on TV. He's underrated and would have given any HW in history fits, though he may not have beat them all, they would have earned respect for him at the end of the fight no doubt. **** thread.

    Boxing fans would have that fight a pick 'em.. the public would be all Tyson. Hell if they fought today the American public would still think Tyson would be favored. Truth is that VK and Lewis would always beat Tyson.. both are tall, rangy, boxers.. LL more orthodox than VK, but either way they'd control Tyson. The Tyson mystique is strong, so he tends to be remembered as better than he was, and he was 5" 10".

    I said H2H against all others.. I'd rate them pretty equal. Styles make fights, and VK is a tough fight for anyone H2H.

    Lewis was not shot. Shot fighters can't do what Lewis did in that fight.
