maskaev was slow, caveman-ish and of course super-chinny and he still made it through six rounds with peter. vitali is much better than that version of maskaev (or any version), plus peter is 3,5 pounds heavier than in july, where he didn't look sharp either.

I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS FIGHT!!!!!! :happy :happy

The **** talking on ESB will be OFF THE CHART after this fight

there will be alot of people crying after this one:| :| :| :| (Peter-Ites)

  6. My final pick is Vitaly tko 11, i think Peter will start out strong then fade late into the fight, and VK will take over and batter him until the ref stops it..

    It is diffcult to predict.

Peter is a little bit too heavy. If the fights goes into the later rounds that could become a major factor.

If there is an early slugfest, Peter wins by knock out. That would be unwise by Vitali due to his long inactivity. Plus, Peter has a slight edge in the power department IMO.

If Vitali plays it smart and does not mix it up early on, uses some movement and turns up the activity level in the middle rounds, I see Peter dominating the early going and then Vitali catching up. This would then mean a close decision.

Peter is no Williams, and this will be by no means a walkover for Vitali. just bring in some objectivity for once.

Vitali beats Peter down, and brutally knocks him out ala Kirk Johnson inside 7 rounds. Peter barely even lands a glove.

Well, Peter is no Buba Johnson or Williams. If Vitali plans to go to war early he will get knocked out. Inactivity is a major factor in the early going of the fight.

The longer the fight goes the better for Vitali as based on the weigh in he appears to be in better physical condition.

I gotta go with Peter by mid rounds ko. Vitali hasn't fought in almost four years.
