What does having power have anything to do with Tua, or Solis knocking him out? You're an idiot on both accounts.
Tua had his chance and blew it. Not 2 mention he was outboxed by Chris Tyrd. Waldo beat Chris Twice and Vitali was ahead on all scorecards b4 his injury. I'd luv 2 c a Tua-KLitschko fight but doubt it will ever happen.
Vitali does have power it's just thudding wear you down type power. A defensive minded fighter who was just glad to be there like Johnson has enough skill to avoid being stopped but that won't win a fight. The more fighters thinking he has no power, the more fighters will realize their serious error as they get beaten up. At 250 pounds, those punches don't look like much but trust me they hurt....despite looking ugly.
I wouldn't say he has zero power, but I think it's clear since coming out of retirement he's not the same puncher he was before. That's probably due to his damaged knee, which prevents his base from being as strong as it had been in the past.
Vitali hits P4P no harder then Malignaggi. Naw but Johnson has a good chin but no balls, thats all. Klit was the only guy to KO Sam Peter so he must be featherfisted, LOL
Ask Arreola. he said Klitschko ****ed him up and banged the **** out of him. maybe he would know better. do you think? Lennox Lewis, former world heavyweight champion, said he wasnt turning his punch over and could have a damaged shoulder. zero power. jeeezz.
Well something is definitely different about his punch release since the retirement. His punches aren't quite as quick and snappy as they were before. Seems to be more of an arm puncher even now than he was before... that's why so many overmatched opponents have been going rounds lately.
im not that impressed with vitaly im even less impressed with you u sound like one of those toolz that dont know hez a tool yet ill be looking forwared to reading more of your stupidity in future
Johnson took a page out of the James Bonecrusher Smith strategy handbook; stay away until the very end. It appears like KJ thought he could lean against the ropes and let Vitali Klitschko punch himself out. Klitschko didn't go for it; he simply arm punched, not putting much energy into his offensive effort, so he had plenty of energy left for the later rounds. In essence Johnson put all his eggs in one basket but I can't say that was a completely bad idea. The opponents who try to walk down Klitschko are the ones who eat punches all night long until they cannot take it anymore. As far as Klitschko not having any power: only two of the opponents he has defeated ever made it to the final bell and those two opponents include Johnson so Johnson turned himself into a bit of trivia but not a champion. Next up, Odlanier Solis. Interesting match-up when one figures Klitschko may be fading a little bit. I don't know if Solis has the amount of dedication it will take to physically condition himself for a fight with VK. One thing about the Klitschko brothers they at least appear to be in top shape everytime they step into the ring. Kind of makes them look like professionals.
david tua hasnt knocked out a meaningful opponent in almost 8 years...michael moorer in 2002. vitali hasnt knocked out a meaningful opponent ...well probably ever...
Never been down but he's getting KO'd, okay lol i think his exact quote was "Vitali is a strong mother****er"
so did buck smith vitali for a guy 6 foot 8 fights like a scared rabbit...and the thread starter is right, he has very little power....when has he ever put someone out for a 10 count? or a quick KO? thank god for him he didnt fight in the 80s or 90s
