    What a difference to the fight against Wlad. Vitaly punished Peter for everything - and then some.

    In the end Peter was teary-eyed and just wanted to get away from Vitaly alive...

    Vitali seemed sadistic I thought. He knew he could have ended it. I think he was enjoying just seeing Peter break in front of him.

    there was a feeling that he could pull the trigger if he wanted but he was set on 'cruise controle' but actualy it was 'breakdown mode'

    Sam Peter was better conditioned and also used much better tactics against Wladimir lets not take away from Wladimir, sam peter was much better back then before the loss took away his invincibillity(in his own head atleast)

    Vitaly grew up paving his own way. He is brutal and will not think twice about hurting someone.

    His brother, Wlad, grew up under the big wings and protection of Vitaly. He just followed in Vitaly's big footsteps, did the same and never had to find the will and mental strenght to look at nothing and want to go his direction. He has a lot of physical prowess, but has nowhere the same street smartness, toughness and will-power that Vitaly does. Vitaly is bad.

    No what it shows it how much Wlad took out of Peter. I have been saying all along. Peter was not the same fighter after the Wlad fight.

    I could see people still interested in Peter even if he was KO'd.... but quitting on the stool.... do you think its over for team Peter? I know a rematch with Wlad just went out the window

    I am so happy for the Brothers. Cant wait to start camp with Wlad and kick Povetkins ASS

    That's just an excuse to detract from Vitaly.

    Peter got his belt AFTER the Wlad fight. Peter peak came AFTER the WLAD fight. The Wlad fight was the first time we saw Peter as a credible challenger when he florred Wlad and looked like he could compete (untill then he had fed on nobodies).

    That gave Peter a lot of confidence and he went on to assert that he deserved a shoot at the belt - he got it - he won it and was on the top of the world.

    Untill Big Brother came knocking that is.... (and yes NOW he may be ruined).
