Vitaly's and Juan's sparring partners for the upcoming fight

I thought Virchis hung 'em up for good. While Virchis has extremely heavy hands, i think Gomez will be in for a surprise if he thinks Vitali can be hit as easily as Virchis. They're leagues apart in footwork, footspeed and technique - even if Vitali isn't a textbook technician, he's rather hard to hit.

Now that i think of it, Gomez just shut out Virchis over twelve rounds less than half a year ago.

 

Gomez needs another sparring partner that can emulate Vitali. Even Nicolay Valuev would be good.
