Hi, some advice would be appreciated. For the last few weeks i have been taking this daily...

I take one of each after a mid morning snack/brunch. Is this the right times to get the full effect from them ? Is there possibly other times , like before sleep? Also now that i have started just general cardio and running i still get blotchy sweat marks , is there anything i can take for better skin regarding a capsule form? I drink 3 litres of water on average everyday

    Thanks in advance

blotchy skin after training? That might be genetics but then again I don't know. Does it go away after you stop sweating? If yes then why would you care? You're not there to look pretty when you train. As far as vitamins for skin I know vitamin E and B5 helps skin. I take vitamins as well not for skin but general health.

    Multivitamin "Alive"
    Fish oil
    ViVIX
    Astral Fruit
    Vit B5

I take a multivitamin when I wake up. Also I take fish oil capsules or flax seed capsules for general heart health. I have also read somewhere that it is good to have some fat when you take a vitamin as some of the vitamins need some fat to help absorb or something like that. So I just take them together.

appreciate replys, ty, only doing road work at the moment. Blotchy, yes it does go away but i get red marks that take a while, i guess its off topic, i just wondered if maybe i was needing as mentioned, another type of vitamin in general or i am lacking something.
Regarding the vit's etc, its better to take with foods i was told, to absorb better etc, times dont matter ? thanks again for the input

B Complex and vitamin D (since we do not get much sun here) and Fish oil. If I am in a weight loss phase then I use a control release multi-vitamin.

Despite this, I am not overly fussed about them. Many, like B complex, are "hit and miss".
