Allegedly Manny and Vlad are very worried that Don King will protect Peter by keeping away from Vlad forever.

Peter may want to fight Vlad, but Don King doesn't want the fight to happen. King knows better than Peter what will happen if Vlad-Peter II takes place.

Wlad is so scared of fighting somebody he beat soundly that he convinced his brother, who was scared out of boxing by Rahman mind you, to come out of retirement, only to fake an injury during training camp for a fight with the guy Wlad already beat handily, in order to postpone a rematch for a few months.

Vitali will be ready to fight. Peter and the WBC lawyers prevented Vitlai from exposing Maskaev first. Peter must face Vitlai next. I think Peter is meat. Likely inside of 8 rounds.

I'd like to see Vitali fight Haye, because I agree Vitali does not deserve a title shot. Plus I'd rather see someone actually unify the belts. The KLIT's won't fight each other, so lets see Wlad at least get an oppurtunity to be a unified champion!

The Klitschkos made a huge stink over Peter getting a shot at Maskaev prior to Vitlay getting his emeritus bullshitus fulfilled. It was a huge disgrace that came about because this douchebag Vitlay was trying to sneak in an easy title grab instead of fighting the logical winner Sam Peter.

Sam and his camp stepped aside in the promise that they'd recieve some money. Sam and his people have NO fear of Vitlay or Maskaev for that matter. Whoever held the title at that point would get Sam's wrath. Then of course negatations fell apart between Maskaev and Vitlay and here we are. Maskaev is out of the picture and now Vitlay either has to man up and face Sam Peter or go back into hiding while clutching his back.

If you ask me, he's gonna do the latter.
