Wanderlei at his best would have given Vitor a run for his money, well mabye. These days Vitor would knock Wand out brutally.
Prime Wandy got his ass beat in less than a minute by prime Vitor. Wandy got pummelled from one side of the cage to the other eating punch after punch in rapid fashion collapsing in a heap. He didnt know where he was.
I think Vitor would ko any version of Wandy. The two times that prime Wand got his ass kicked (not including the Hendo ko) was by Vitor and Cro Cop using straight punches down the pipe, and they both had the power to back him up. I have to agree with Beebs' last post aswell mind
Them sounds like fightin' words! Vitor is the most mercurial fighter in the world though. When he shows up at full potential, he could beat anybody with his striking, Anderson Silva included. When he isn't fighting at his best, Eric Crumble could make his MMA debut and beat him.
Shut up, *****. Wanderlei could lay you out at anytime. I would love to see the result of Belfort/Silva ten times in a row. Talk is cheap, a soccer kick isn't.
The Pride ring wouldn't have kept Wanderlai from getting his face beat in by Vitor. He got blown out in their fight. A rematch would be great to see where they both are physically and mentally.
Wanderlei could go either way. Remember Belfort is probably the most inconsistent talent in MMA. Wand, is always going to bring steady aggression. If Belfort cant capitalize on a counter, he gets his ass kicked just as easily as he could kick Wands ass. If Belfort were able to reproduce his best outings, every time. He would be virtually unbeatable.
